In the spirit of wanting people to be engaged with the principles of flexibility and adaptation, we have created a session which has the art of improvisation (improv) at its heart.
Improv has so many parallels to the situation leaders, teams and organisation currently find themselves in. We believe that examining the challenges within improv will help them become more open and willing to own the challenges that change brings with it.
We have recently designed and delivered these workshops for groups of leaders in organisations all around the world.
You can achieve a lot in a short space of time, but there is scope for adaptation to fit with any desired outcomes and to fill any required time slot in the agenda.
