There are thousands of leadership courses already out there, so we’re looking at followership. It’s all very well being a leader, but who are you leading if nobody follows you?
This session looks at developing a leadership style that’s personal, and that those around you (in your team or organisation) are looking for. We’ll look at the way in which you come across to others, the social and personality styles you project and the impact that has, as well as how you can relate to those around you. We’ll examine the part you play in other people’s journeys and how you can become an ally or mentor.
We’ll also look at how you can appear more “human”, going beyond the “leader” title to being someone your team can relate to, encouraging openness and humility that sets ego and arrogance aside. We’ll look at how to build and improve trusted relationships, in order to get the best out of those around you, encouraging people’s strengths and collaborating for success.
